Fishing and Sightseeing Excursions
Oceanview have purchased a new boat called M.V. "Carina" to replace the "B-Centauri".
The boat is a brand new Stebercraft. 11.5 metres long, is powered by twin 300hp Yanmar deisel engines,and has a cruising speed of 15 knots.
Carina has a large covered deck area, seating for all, a private toilet, and all the latest electronic equipment.
We take 6 -8 passengers fishing, half & full days [all rod/reels/tackle & bait supplied] & a maximum of 18 passengers on our around Ball's Pyramid/Lord Howe scenic & birdwatching cruises, soft drinks,tea/coffee & biscuits provided.
Our guests have priority
on board the boat for fishing or sightseeing. This vessel is operated by 5th generation locals, the Wilson family, who are fully qualified in all aspects of boating with an expert knowledge of the waters around Lord Howe Island.
Sport and
recreational fishing is rated among the best in the world on Lord Howe
Island, so a fishing trip would be a great experience!
